How To add cameras to PoE NVR Kits?

There are two ways to add cameras to PoE recorders:

One is to add a camera connected to the PoE port of the video recorder

One method is to Connect the camera to the switch, which is connected to the LAN port of the video recorder to add

The POE video recorder comes with n PoE power supply ports, and connecting the POE camera not only provides direct power to the camera, but also transmits video images. After connecting the device, you first need to create a management password

Creating a management password with no less than 8 characters and containing two or more characters when using a video recorder for the first time

After activation, exit the wizard, right-click on the main menu - Channel Management, click Refresh, and the blue play button indicates successful addition. (Video recorders and cameras do not need to be manually added for the first time use)

The first time an ordinary NVR uses a POE recorder, set a password to activate it, and then enter the main menu - system configuration - network settings page to set the recorder's ipv4 address, subnet mask, gateway and other parameters (note that the recorder's IP address cannot be in the same network segment as its internal network card)

After the camera is connected, you can search for the camera in IPC channel management and select one click to add it. Alternatively, it can be manually activated and added (path: main menu - channel management - click "one click activation", set password: password is letter+number, 8-16 digits, default activation is through recorder management password, note: the new device password cannot include admin)

Click the "Edit" button on the channel, change the add method from "Plug and Play" to "Manual", enter the IP, username, and password of the camera to add
